  • NYCHA - Mitchel Houses

    Underground fire and domestic water distribution systems between the 10 building development were redesigned into each building main. Special consideration was required for each site’s existing conditions.

  • 39 East 10th Street - Boiler Upgrade

    Boiler upgrade was designed to replace the existing end of life boiler. A digital linkageless burner was designed to increase boiler efficiencies an estimated 4-10%. Electrical and plumbing support was provided throughout the project.

  • 230 West 79th Street - Electrical Infrastructure Upgrade

    Comprehensive replacement and upgrade of the building’s electrical distribution system, including service equipment, meter banks, and risers. The project consolidated outdated, individual risers into a modernized system designed to improve reliability, efficiency, and capacity for future load demands.
